First Call For Help-Meals on Wheels

Provides a healthy meal to elderly or home-bound individuals on a daily basis.  The meals are delivered directly to your door at a minimal cost.

Helps administer the WIC Program along with other health services.


Hays Senior Center

Provides a gathering place for Ellis County residents ove the age of 60.  Organizes varied activities and health chicks as well as a noon meal on weekdays for a minimal charge.


Prairie Land Food


Provides the opportunity for individuals and families to be able to have quality food at affordable prices.  They offer a wide assortment of frozen meats, and a variety of seasonal fresh fruit and vegetables.

St. Joseph's Food Pantry

Open the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month from 9:00 a.m. until noon for anyone in need of food.

Western Kansas Association on the Concerns of the Disabled (WKACD)

Provides outreach services to individuals in the Ellis County area.  Referrals for food sources such as Bob Hope Food Box and Senior Commodities.
